As a certified baby sleep consultant, I have the education and experience necessary to help you overcome just about any sleep issue your child may be experiencing. I take a family-led sleep coaching approach—meeting parents right where they are. Sleep stirs up a lot of emotions, but it is critical for the success of your personalized sleep plan that both parents are on board and ready to implement the sleep methods provided. I desire to ensure the whole family has the resources and sleep tips needed to have the success you desire.
Why is a baby sleep consultant necessary?
Unfortunately, sleep doesn’t come as naturally as many first-time parents think it will. Yet, we press on and try to just make it through the day. The good news is that you don’t have to live life so exhausted.
I am eager to work with you and your family to provide the support you need to experience better sleep. As a baby sleep consultant, I can create a sleep plan for your child’s unique circumstances, provide emotional support and guidance via email and text, as well as offer valuable sleep tips and techniques you can implement to ensure the best sleep possible for your little one.
Will we be required to implement cry it out (CIO)?
CIO is a controversial topic to say the least. While there will be some crying because all babies cry to communicate—you can rest assured that I take a family-led approach to sleep and believe in responsive sleep training methods. It’s important to remember that babies cry to communicate their needs or frustrations, and while this can be difficult for us as parents to listen to, it doesn’t always mean something is wrong.
I want only the best for you and your child. I understand that implementing new sleep techniques may not always be easy, but you can feel confident that you will have the support you need as you navigate achieving better sleep for you and your baby.
